• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.

To open an account with b98, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false or incorrect details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds on balance.

• Essential information: Full name, date of birth, a valid email address or phone number, and country of residence.
• Identity Verification: A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested.
• Address Verification: A bank statement or utility bill may be requested.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share it with any third party.
• Report any account security breach to b98 support immediately.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on b98. All transactions may be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or approved cryptocurrencies.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. The maximum deposit limit depends on your VIP level and chosen payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
• Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and approved cryptocurrencies.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
• Deposited funds will only be refunded to the original registered payment method.
• B98 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious financial activity.
• Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will be permanently closed and reported to the relevant authorities.

B98 does not charge any transaction fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b98 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and any funds on balance may be forfeited.

• Registering with false information or using someone else's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system.
• Use of bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Colluding with or defrauding other members.
• Hacking or attempting a cyberattack.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Use of abusive, hateful, or threatening language.

The b98 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim liability for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by the failure of third-party technology or payment systems.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your own account.
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.

B98's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the preceding 30 days.

Any dispute between b98 and its members will first be addressed through direct negotiation. Complaints can be submitted via the support team and we will aim to resolve them within 7 business days.
